Dunkin Donuts

First Annual Cop on Top at Dunkin' Donuts

When: Saturday, June 4th from 7 a.m. - Noon

Where: Grand Opening Dunkin’ Donuts to be located at 911 US Hwy 12/16, Wisconsin Dells and Dunkin Donuts store at 1171 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy. Lake Delton

What: Local Law Enforcement officers partner with Special Olympics Wisconsin to collect donations at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Why: Donations go directly to Special Olympics Wisconsin to help provide athletes with year-round competition!

*Customers who donate will receive a free coffee from Dunkin Donuts in appreciation of their support

Statewide Law Enforcement Torch Run Kick-off

NE Corner of State Capitol Corner of N. Pinckney St & E. Mifflin St.
The ceremony at the State Capitol will be the kick-off of the Flame of Hope™ as it sets off to travel across Wisconsin to arrive at the Opening Ceremonies of the State Summer Games in Stevens Point on Thursday, June 9th. Local Special Olympics athletes, law enforcement, legislators and media outlets have been invited to attend the short ceremony at the Capitol.

  • Chance to meet some local Special Olympics Athletes
  • Ceremony Cadence Run with the Flame of Hope around the Capitol Building
  • Honored Guest Chief Richard LaMunyun, founder of the LETR will in attendance to help us celebrate our 25th Anniversary in Wisconsin.

Please note, this year we leaving from the Capitol at 8:30am. At this time all bikers going all the way from Portage to Madison will leave as well. The first leg is a mile and half cadence around the square and down East Washington. Please note that we also have designated start times for legs this year…please refer to the "Madison to Portage Final Legs 11" document for more information.
